Use of Our Services
Eligibility

User Responsibilities
You agree to:

- Maintain the security of your account

- Not interfere with or disrupt the service
Third-Party Contractor Request Form
LocalContractorBids provides project information and an embedded request form operated by The Builder Market. When you use that form, you continue to The Builder Market's service. LocalContractorBids:
- Does not select, screen, or verify contractors
- Does not receive or process the information you submit through The Builder Market's form
- Do not directly provide home improvement services
We may receive compensation when a project request is submitted through the embedded The Builder Market form.
Important: We are not responsible for the work performed by contractors. Any agreements, contracts, or disputes are between you and the contractor you choose to hire.
No Warranty
Our service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee:
- The quality of work performed by contractors
- That you will receive any quotes
- That contractors will respond within a specific timeframe
- That our service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalContractorBids shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LocalContractorBids and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
